As a talent acquisition intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment efforts of our organization. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. You will work closely with the HR team and assist in various aspects of the recruitment process.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Sourcing Candidates:

  Assist in identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks

• Resume Screening:

  Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions

• Interview Coordination:

  Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers and ensure all parties are informed and prepared for the interview process

• Candidate Communication:

  Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, feedback, and status updates

• Data Management:

  Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities

• Employer Branding:

  Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand through social media and other channels

• Assist in Job Posting:

  Draft and post job descriptions on relevant job boards and the company's career page

• Onboarding Support:

  Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and assisting with orientation activities
