Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, youll work closely with experienced recruiters and business leaders to source, screen, and shortlist top-tier candidates. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain deep insight into recruitment strategy, candidate experience, and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and internal networks
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews and assist in managing candidate communications
• Support in drafting JDs, job postings, and employer branding content
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and pipelines, Collaborate with senior recruiters on hiring projects
