Talent Acquisition Intern


Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across portals and social media.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial fit checks as guided by the TA team.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interviewers.

• Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS and trackers.

• Support employer branding initiatives (content, events, outreach, social media).

• Help with candidate communication, feedback loops, and status updates.

• Assist in offer, documentation, and onboarding coordination for selected candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.

• Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and people operations.

• Good communication skills (written and verbal).

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and basic HR tools.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
