Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. This role requires someone who is available for full-time work and eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate databases and track recruitment pipelines effectively.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting across relevant platforms.
• Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Support in employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement.

Requirements:

• Prior internship or experience in recruitment / HR domain will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, job portals, and LinkedIn search.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Comfortable with full-time commitment for the internship duration.
