Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and feedback tracking.
Collaborate with hiring managers and tech leads to define job requirements and competencies.
Manage pre-onboarding formalities, offer letters, and induction/orientation sessions.
Ensure a smooth joining experience for new hires (hardware, ID creation, HRIS setup, buddy programs, etc.).
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS .
Generate and maintain HR dashboards, headcount reports, and monthly MIS for leadership review.
Ensure accurate documentation of employee lifecycle events (joining, transfers, exits).
Plan and execute engagement initiatives.
Support employee recognition programs and feedback mechanisms.
Coordinate appraisal cycles, goal-setting sessions, and performance review processes.
Maintain appraisal data and ensure timely closure of review cycles in HR systems.
Update HR policies as per organizational and legal requirements.
Coordinate technical and soft-skills training programs.
Track participation, feedback, and effectiveness of training sessions.
Manage exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and ensure timely clearance and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or Masters degree in
Human Resource Management
,
Business Administration
, or related field.
3-5 years of HR experience
, preferably in
IT / software services / product-based company
. Proficient in MS Excel and core IT Recruitment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
Understanding of IT industry roles, tech recruitment processes, and fast-paced work culture.

Immediate Joiners Preferred.
