Coordinate and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for faculty roles across various departments. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier academic talent. Use multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and academic conferences. Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates. Coordinate further stages with academic heads or department leaders. Assist in assessing candidates' qualifications, research background, and teaching ability Facilitate negotiations regarding compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment Ensure a smooth and positive recruitment process for candidates, from application to hire. Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates after each stage of the process. Build connections with placement cells, particularly that of the Doctorate programs for hiring exceptional fresh PhD candidates. Minimum Qualifications: Candidates should have Full Time Post Graduation / MBA in Human Resource specialization with a good academic record Minimum Experience: About 4 to 8 years of relevant experience. Sector specific knowledge is desirable. Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting Excellent verbal and written communication skills Keen understanding of the differences between various roles and their skills and competencies requirements.
