Job Description

Medical & Paramedical Recruitment:

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare staff.
Source candidates through

portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), referrals, and social media.
Conduct initial screening calls to understand candidate profiles and career expectations.
Explain job roles, hospital environment, and opportunities during telephonic discussions.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with departmental heads and clinical teams.

Coordination & Onboarding:

Maintain regular follow-up with selected candidates until joining.
Draft offer letters and assist in

pre-joining formalities.
Maintain accurate data in recruitment trackers and HRIS systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelors Degree or MBA in Human Resources or relevant field.
Experience:

0-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setup.
Freshers with strong communication and interest in medical recruitment may also apply.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with recruitment portals like

Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Proficiency in

MS Excel, Word, and email drafting.

Soft Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple profiles simultaneously.
A polite, convincing, and professional phone manner is essential.
