Job Description

We at DesignTech Systems are looking for Talent Acquisition Executive for our Pune Team

Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for full recruitment cycle experience to attract, screen, select, and onboard qualified and suitable personnel to fill our internal & external job openings

Sourcing and screening of potential candidates [Design Engineers] for full-time roles by using Job portals, social media, references, etc
Analyse candidate information to determine matches between candidates skills and job openings.
Conducting HR interview of shortlisted Candidates
Submit qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Manager as per open job requirements
Update the Tracker on daily basis
Scheduling Interviews with Technical Managers
Salary negotiation with Candidates
Coordination with Technical team and selected candidates

Note: Candidates having IT Experience do not apply
