Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive with at least 1 year of experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of the recruitment life cycle and should be capable of handling end-to-end hiring processes for various roles within the organization.Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions: sourcing, screening,
• scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Utilize various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, professionalnetworks, referrals, and internal databases.fit, and salary expectations.System (ATS).

Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:

• Conduct preliminary HR interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, cultural
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking
• Prepare offer letters and assist in the onboarding process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Assist in employer branding activities and campus hiring initiatives.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and company recruitment policies.
• Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
• Knowledge of ATS and recruitment databases.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience in IT/Non-IT hiring is a plus.
• Experience with bulk hiring or niche skill hiring will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
