Job Description

As an HR Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to identify, recruit, screen, and present suitable candidates for both bulk and lateral hiring positions. You will collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to establish realistic requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Your key responsibilities and duties will include collaborating with hiring managers to comprehend the needs and requirements of different roles within the organization. You will review job descriptions for various vacancies and assist in developing and revising specifications and job descriptions for selected positions. Additionally, you will be accountable for tracking recruitment metrics such as time to hire, cost per hire, offer dropout ratios, among others. In this role, you will be expected to determine the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting potential candidates. This will involve drafting recruitment advertisements, posting ads on suitable digital and print media platforms, and identifying appropriate candidates based on their qualifications through resume reviews, interviews, and other forms of communication. Your role will further entail connecting qualified candidates with hiring managers, maintaining regular communication with candidates regarding the status of their applications, and providing guidance to hiring managers during salary negotiations with final candidates. You will also be required to participate in job fairs and industry conferences, as well as manage the company booth at such events. To excel in this position, you should possess extensive experience in IT/Non-IT, bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and volume hiring. Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, strong interpersonal abilities, and a thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and recruiting methods are essential. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite or related software is also necessary. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including provident fund. The work schedule is day shift, and candidates must be willing to relocate to or reliably commute to Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Preferred qualifications include a minimum of 1 year of experience in HR and a total work experience of 1 year. Proficiency in English language is preferred for this role.,
