Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational hiring goals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive or similar role in recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for various roles.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
