Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for voice, non-voice, and support roles in the BPO industry. The role involves managing bulk and niche hiring, ensuring a great candidate experience, and meeting business hiring targets.
Handle full-cycle recruitment sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and social media.
Conduct screenings, schedule interviews, and manage offer rollouts.
Drive bulk hiring and walk-in drives as per business needs.
Maintain recruitment reports and ensure timely closures.
Build and manage a strong talent pipeline.
Proven experience in BPO / KPO recruitment.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong sourcing and networking ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Knowledge of ATS / HR tools preferred.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
