Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for voice, non-voice, and support roles in the BPO industry. The role involves managing bulk and niche hiring, ensuring a great candidate experience, and meeting business hiring targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment sourcing to onboarding.

  • Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and social media.

  • Conduct screenings, schedule interviews, and manage offer rollouts.

  • Drive bulk hiring and walk-in drives as per business needs.

  • Maintain recruitment reports and ensure timely closures.

  • Build and manage a strong talent pipeline.


Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in BPO / KPO recruitment.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Strong sourcing and networking ability.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Knowledge of ATS / HR tools preferred.


Education:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
