Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities-

  • Posting Job Openings: Drafting accurate and engaging job descriptions, posting them across various job portals, professional networks, and social media platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screening Resumes: Reviewing incoming applications to shortlist candidates based on role requirements, skills, and experience, ensuring alignment with the organization’s needs.
  • Conducting Interviews: Coordinating and scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates, conducting preliminary screening calls or assessments, and facilitating interview rounds with hiring managers.
  • Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new employees are properly inducted and integrated into the organization. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Support the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, events, and team-building activities. 
  • Help foster a positive work environment and improve employee morale and retention. 
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and followed within the organization.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs, maintain records of training and certifications. 
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs, staying ahead of industry trends and adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Assist in analyzing data to improve HR processes and programs.
  • Participate in HR initiatives, such as wellness programs, employee satisfaction surveys, and team-building activities.

Required skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement.  
  • Strong communication skills. 
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and research skills. 
  • Knowledgeable in HR software and MS Office. 
  • Quick decision-making skills. 
  • A keen eye on details for accuracy. 
  • Strong work ethics. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

Experience- 2 to 4 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
