Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Executive at Mindarray Systems Limited (branded as Motadata), you will be responsible for hiring, communication, recruiting, employer branding, and IT recruitment on a daily basis. This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting Technical Hirings with a focus on SAAS hiring - Managing end-to-end recruitment process from JD drafting to Job offer roll outs - Utilizing strong communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders - Handling Campus Recruitment and organizing Recruitment Drives - Demonstrating excellent organizing and documentation skills - Showcasing expert negotiation and closure skills to secure top talent - Thriving in a fast-paced environment and meeting recruitment targets efficiently Qualifications: - 2 to 3 years of experience in Technical Hirings, with a preference for SAAS hiring background - Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment processes - Exceptional Communication skills - Experience in Campus Recruitment and conducting Recruitment Drives - Strong organizing and documentation skills - Expertise in negotiation and closure techniques - Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment Please note that this is an on-site position based in Thaltej, Ahmedabad, and you will be required to work from the office.
