Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of roles and departments. You'll play a key part in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent while helping to shape a positive candidate experience and support our company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, referrals, ATS, etc.) to attract quality candidates.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring panels.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of roles, including software developers, QA, IT support, sales, marketing, and customer success.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven track record of hiring for tech and non-tech profiles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Background in recruitment consultancy or staffing industry is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles at once.
• A proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented approach to hiring.
