Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Talent Acquisition to join our recruitment team, specializing in hiring freshers for various roles within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding fresh talent, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with the company’s hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions for entry-level healthcare roles.
  
• Source and attract fresh graduates through job portals, campus drives, social media, and other channels.
  
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates based on criteria.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  
• Assist in conducting campus recruitment drives and other fresher hiring initiatives.
  
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
  
• Facilitate offer letters, negotiation, and onboarding process for selected candidates.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  
• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, educational institutions, and hiring teams.
  
• Support employer branding activities related to fresher hiring.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  
• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably fresher hiring or in the healthcare sector.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Basic understanding of healthcare roles and terminologies is a plus.
  
• Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is desirable.
  
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
