Required Languages Fluent in Hindi, English, and Telugu Key Responsibilities Design and execute recruitment strategies that align with NxtWave’s ambitious business goals Handle the entire recruitment cycle — from sourcing , screening , interviewing , and onboarding Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build accurate job descriptions Lead lateral hiring and handle bulk hiring and a variety of tech/non-tech roles Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) and optimize recruitment efforts Strengthen NxtWave’s employer branding through professional interactions and outreach Stay updated with market trends , tools , and sourcing innovations Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with employment laws and internal standards Requirements 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Proven experience in lateral hiring , bulk hiring , or campus recruitment Strong communication skills — fluent in Hindi , English , and Telugu Familiarity with ATS , HRMS tools , and sourcing platforms Ability to work in a fast-paced , target-driven environment Prior EdTech or startup recruitment experience is a plus Work Details Location: Hyderabad (On-site) Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday) Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Why Join NxtWave?
