The Sales Executive - US Bench Sales Recruitment position at Infoseum IT OPC Pvt Ltd in Vadodara is a full-time role that operates during the night shift. As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to market and place bench consultants with direct clients and Tier 1 vendors. Regular follow-ups with clients and consultants are crucial for maintaining satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Collaborating with recruiters to understand available bench resources will be part of your daily tasks, along with staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities. To qualify for this role, you should have 1-5 years of experience in US Bench Sales or US IT Staffing, with a solid understanding of US work authorizations. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proven track record of successfully placing consultants in US staffing roles. The ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and proficiency in job portals and CRM tools are also required. Moreover, flexibility to work in US time zones is a must.
