Talent Acquisition Executive

As a Talent Acquisition Executive at Easyship in Bengaluru, India, your role will involve supporting the recruitment team to drive hires across various departments in India. You will focus on building candidate relationships to ensure a positive experience throughout the employee lifecycle. - Source candidates through internal and external channels - Develop and update job descriptions and specifications - Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs on appropriate platforms - Source, headhunt, and recruit candidates using databases and social media - Screen resumes and conduct interviews using various selection tools - Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices - Build influential candidate relationships during the selection process - Handle daily HR administrative duties and support ad hoc projects Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience in an agency or in-house setting - Hands-on experience with selection processes and tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Independent, well-organized, and proactive - Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and interview candidates in different time zones - Experience with Greenhouse is preferred Easyship offers a competitive equity package, gym and wellness reimbursement, generous vacation policy, duvet day, mental health day, 4 weeks of "Work from Anywhere," and professional development opportunities.
