Job Description

Role: Talent Acquisition Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interview processes.
  • Maintain a database of candidates, including active and passive talent pools, for future hiring needs.
  • Utilize and manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment operations.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Handle coordination activities related to hiring and ensure smooth on-boarding for new hires.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar talent acquisition or recruitment role.
  • Experience in hiring for e-commerce or digital roles is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and Boolean search.
  • Strong understanding of different hiring methodologies and candidate evaluation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Exposure to Domestic recruitment.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
