Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media and referrals
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria
  • Maintain and nurture a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate interview schedules and feedback loops with stakeholders
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and networking events
  • Provide recruitment metrics and reports to HR leadership

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employment branding
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Discretion in handling confidential information
  • Relationship builder with internal and external stakeholders
