Talent Acquisition Coordinator

In this position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the recruitment team. This includes editing job descriptions, organizing meetings, scheduling interviews, and arranging travel for candidates to ensure a smooth experience for all participants. You will also be in charge of communicating with the interview panel members, providing necessary materials like resumes, job descriptions, and interview guides, and coordinating with onsite resources to ensure an efficient recruitment process. Moreover, you will collect salary supporting documents from selected candidates, maintain effective communication with internal and external customers, ensure data accuracy throughout the recruitment process, and occasionally provide data reports such as employee referrals, internal candidate movement, and diversity reports. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field - 2+ years of professional experience in a similar business model/industry - Verbal and written proficiency in English - Ability to set priorities and work well under set deadlines - Coordination of a high volume of detail - Thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality work nVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions, with a dynamic global reach and diverse operations worldwide.
