Role Overview

Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones
  
• Follow up with interviewers to

  collect timely feedback

  and update the recruitment system
• Share interview outcomes and next steps with candidates in a

  professional and timely manner

• Ensure

  TA process adherence

  , documentation, and hiring workflow compliance
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and dashboards
  
• Support offer-related coordination and pre-joining activities
  
• Act as a point of contact between candidates, interviewers, and the TA team
  
• Assist in ensuring a smooth and positive

  candidate experience

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  
• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
  
• Comfortable working with calendars, emails, ATS, and spreadsheets
  
• Willingness to learn and grow in the Talent Acquisition function
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any discipline
  
• 0–2 years of experience (freshers or campus hires welcome)
  
• Exposure to HR / recruitment coordination is a plus
  
• Familiarity with ATS or HR tools is an advantage
