Job Summary Hub Exempt People Strategy Team The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an administrative partner supporting the Regional Manager, TA, and the broader Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on conducting weekly audits of recruitment data and providing actionable insights to the Regiona l TA Leader and Global TA Leader. The Coordinator ensures accuracy, compliance, and visibility into trends and themes across assigned regions, enabling informed decision making and continuous improvement. Additionally, this role supports internal mobility initiatives, including posting internal roles, coordinating logistics for the Internal Talent Marketplace, and assisting with quarterly Talent Exchange events to foster career growth and internal movement. Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to) Audit & Insights • • • Conduct weekly audits of SmartRecruiters data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Prepare and deliver weekly audit reports to the Regional TA Leader and Global TA Leader, highlighting discrepancies, trends, and emerging themes across assigned regions. Collaborate with TA leadership to address audit findings and recommend process improvements. Internal Mobility & Talent Marketplace • • • • • Post internal job opportunities in alignment with internal mobility guidelines. Coordinate logistics for the Internal Talent Marketplace, ensuring smooth execution and engagement. Assist in planning and supporting quarterly Talent Exchange events, including scheduling, communications, and follow up activities. Partner with TA and HR teams to ensure internal mobility processes are consistent, transparent, and aligned with business objectives. Maintain accurate records and reporting related to internal mobility activities and events. General Administrative Support • • • • • • Provide administrative support for the TA team, including scheduling, document management, and process coordination. Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires within the TA function. Assist with file management and document preparation for audits and compliance reviews. Facilitate communication and information sharing across the TA team, ensuring all members have access to up to date resources. Participate in process improvement initiatives and support the implementation of new administrative tools or systems. Provide support for special projects, such as Employer Branding campaigns, as assigned by the Regional Manager, TA. Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge Bachelors degree preferred; Associate’s degree or equivalent administrative experience considered. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with SmartRecruiters, PowerBI, or similar data/reporting tools preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment. Data Integrity: 100% compliance with ATS Administrative Efficiency: audits and reporting standards. All administrative tasks completed within agreed timelines and with minimal errors. Stakeholder Satisfaction: engagement surveys. Process Improvement: 90% satisfaction from TA team members and managers in post Contributes to at least one process improvement or automation initiative per year. Compliance: No audit findings related to administrative or data management processes
