Talent Acquisition Consultant (Contract)

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at our company, you will play a key role in supporting various Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting TA Projects & Initiatives: You will assist in executing talent mapping, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding initiatives under the guidance of senior recruiters. - Transactional Support: Providing support in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing job advertisements and social shares for the recruitment process. - Sourcing & Screening: Assisting in sourcing candidates from different channels and screening resumes to identify suitable candidates. - Interview Scheduling: Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and interview logistics management. - Job Advertisements: Preparing and posting job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract the right candidates aligned with company requirements. - Database Management: Maintaining and updating candidate databases accurately for easy access by the recruitment team. Preferred Candidate Profile: - Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective communication with candidates and internal stakeholders. - Decent presentation skills to create clear presentations for recruitment metrics, job descriptions, and TA initiatives. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks. - Collaborative mindset to work with a cross-functional team and eagerness to learn. - Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously with a solution-oriented approach. Qualifications Required: - Freshers (passed out in 2024) with a degree from a reputed college. A 6-month internship or experience in recruitment or HR is advantageous.
