Designing and executing blue-collar hiring strategies tailored to evolving business needs.
Leading recruitment for lateral, temporary, and apprentice positions across business functions.
Driving compliance with apprenticeship and labor regulations while managing claim reimbursements.
Collaborating with stakeholders to align hiring with business objectives and workforce planning.
Enhancing candidate experience and optimizing recruitment costs and timelines.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, focused on blue-collar roles.
Deep understanding of recruitment operations, labor laws, and apprenticeship schemes.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven ability to think strategically and deliver operational results.
MBA in Human Resources.
