Role Overview: As a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with over 7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, you will play a crucial role in hiring for logistics, distribution, and operational environments at Maersk. Your responsibilities will include talent sourcing, job advertising, applicant screening, interview coordination, offer generation, and onboarding support. Your strong emphasis on recruiting, candidate engagement, employer branding, and stakeholder collaboration will contribute to shaping the future of global trade and logistics. Key Responsibilities: - Execute all stages of the recruitment process, including talent sourcing, job advertising, applicant screening, interview coordination, offer and contract generation, and onboarding support. - Support employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction and facilitate onboarding for new hires and internal role transitions. - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, source candidates through various platforms, and partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and operational timelines. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. - Proven experience recruiting for warehouse environments. - Experience in logistics hiring with a strong understanding of operational roles. - Proficiency in using Workday or similar ATS.
