Job Purpose

We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Vice President to lead our talent acquisition function and drive the technological transformation of our HR processes. This is a unique and strategic role for a leader who is passionate about both building high-performing teams and leveraging technology to create a seamless and data-driven HR ecosystem

Key Responsibilities

A. Talent Acquisition (70%)

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with and supports the company's long-term business objectives and growth plans.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a global team of talent acquisition professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Employer Branding: Champion and evolve our employer brand to attract a diverse pipeline of top-tier talent. Drive recruitment marketing initiatives and promote our company as an employer of choice.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from strategic workforce planning and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Ensure a consistently positive and seamless candidate experience.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Define and track key talent acquisition metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity metrics, hiring manager satisfaction) and use data to identify trends, drive insights, and optimize recruitment processes.

B. HR Technology (30%)

  • Technology Strategy: Develop and own the HR technology roadmap, with a specific focus on talent acquisition systems. Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems, Candidate Relationship Management, AI-powered sourcing tools) that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • System Integration & Optimization: Partner with IT and HR teams to ensure all HR technology platforms are properly integrated, optimized, and utilized to their full potential.
  • Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate manual HR processes, particularly within talent acquisition, to improve efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and allow the team to focus on strategic activities.
  • Data & Analytics: Partner with the HR analytics team to ensure data integrity and to build robust reporting capabilities that provide actionable insights into talent acquisition and other HR functions.

Technical Expertise

  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing talent acquisition teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Deep expertise in talent acquisition best practices, from sourcing and interviewing to employer branding and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
  • Strong strategic and hands-on experience with HR technology, including selecting, implementing, and managing modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with a global workforce and international talent acquisition.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
  • Prior experience in a company undergoing significant digital transformation within the HR function.
