Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition with 5-8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the right talent is onboarded, and contributing to building strong employer branding. You will play a key role in collaborating with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and drive recruitment strategies for quality and timely closures across roles. Additionally, you will mentor junior recruiters, maintain talent pipelines, and ensure compliance with company policies and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding. - Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and drive recruitment strategy. - Utilize ATS platforms for pipeline management, metric tracking, and process streamlining. - Conduct market mapping, salary benchmarking, and competitor analysis. - Mentor and guide junior recruiters within the team. - Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche skills. - Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring best practices. - Partner with stakeholders for employer branding and engagement initiatives. Qualifications Required: - MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field. - 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in IT/Digital/Service sectors. - Proficiency in ATS tools and recruitment analytics. - Demonstrated expertise in salary negotiations and closing positions within set timelines. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to handle individual contributor responsibilities and lead a small team.
