Job Description

Role Overview: The Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst at Morningstar plays a crucial role in ensuring process excellence, data integrity, and technology optimization specifically for the India region. Your primary focus will be on serving as the subject matter expert for talent acquisition operations in India, with the aim of enhancing the efficiency and quality of the hiring experience for candidates, recruiters, and business leaders. Working closely with the Director of Global Talent Acquisition Operations, you will identify opportunities for process standardization, efficiency improvements, and technology solutions to drive positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with the Director, Talent Acquisition Operations to establish, refine, and document global talent acquisition processes, with a focus on improving recruiting workflows, reducing manual work, and ensuring a consistent candidate experience. This includes leading user design sessions, utilizing Lean Six Sigma tools, and prioritizing efforts. - Act as a Workday subject matter expert for global Talent Acquisition teams, defining enhancement roadmaps in collaboration with the Workday team, and managing day-to-day queries and issues. - Develop and maintain the recruiting playbook for India to ensure adherence to TA processes and compliance requirements, implementing governance practices through regular audits. - Identify and document reporting and dashboard needs, ensuring insights are delivered to talent acquisition, business, and HR leaders. - Monitor and address errors and defects in tools, processes, and technology, collaborating with Workday and IT teams to implement improvements. - Support recruiter enablement through configuration, testing, training, and process documentation. - Collaborate across COEs to break down organizational silos, integrate future plans, and streamline communications, while driving internal awareness and consistent adoption of TA processes and systems through communication and training efforts. - Assist in vendor management and the evaluation of new TA technology solutions. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition operations, HR Information Systems, or related fields. - Demonstrated expertise in areas such as talent acquisition technology, candidate/manager experience, and data insights and analytics within the TA or HR operations domain. - Proficiency in working with Workday Recruiting or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), as well as familiarity with sourcing and candidate evaluation tools. - Track record of successfully identifying, designing, and implementing process improvements, along with a strong grasp of data and analytics. - Ability to present data effectively and influence key stakeholders, building credibility and trust with teams and internal clients. - Knowledge of India labor laws and data privacy regulations pertaining to recruitment. - Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills, with a preference for a four-year degree.
