As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Advisor at Warner Bros. Discovery, you play a crucial role in attracting top talent to the organization. Your responsibilities include collaborating with managers to understand hiring needs, managing the full recruiting process for various roles, utilizing innovative recruitment strategies, posting job descriptions on job boards and social networks, implementing direct sourcing strategies, partnering with senior leaders to identify top talent, maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, tracking and reporting recruiting statistics, and developing KPIs to monitor recruitment metrics such as cost of hire and time to fill. Qualifications Required: - MBA preferred with 3-6 years of recruitment experience. - Proven track record in full life cycle recruiting, preferably for a large firm. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high-volume recruitment needs. - Proficient in candidate sourcing, selection, and management systems. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of technology trends, market landscape, compensation, and benefits. - Ability to collaborate effectively in a geographically dispersed organization. - Adaptability to change and innovative problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MSOffice, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
