**Job Description:** As a Recruitment Specialist for technology open positions, your primary role will involve executing the end-to-end internal and external recruitment process while ensuring alignment with local requirements. You will also be responsible for developing core sourcing processes to identify external talent when necessary. **Key Responsibilities:** - Facilitate Hiring Manager Recruitment Strategy Meeting to align the process, SLAs, and profile requirements. - Review job descriptions and post requisitions on ATS and job boards. - Maintain timely and effective communication between candidates and the hiring team. - Screen, assess, and evaluate external candidates using face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies. - Present a qualified candidate slate (3 - 5) to the hiring team. - Collect post-interview feedback and facilitate consensus discussions if needed. - Create the OLDF (Offer Letter Detailed Form) and send it to the People Ops team for offer letter generation. - Obtain TR and HR approvals if required. - Extend verbal offers and lead negotiations with candidates when necessary. - Provide feedback communication to non-selected candidates. - Ensure service delivery and KPI fulfillment, such as Time to Accept (TTA), Time-to-Find/Hire, Hiring Manager Satisfaction scores (HMSS), and system accuracy. - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including functional hiring managers, HR partners, and People Ops teams to foster partnerships that yield consistent communication, high-quality results, and efficient processes. - Actively participate in Talent Acquisition Projects. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook - Fluent English oral and written communication skills - 9 - 11 years of recruitment experience - Experience in recruiting for the India market - Experience in recruiting IT and/or Technology profiles - Customer-focused, adaptable, with strong follow-up and organizational skills - Experience using Applicant Tracking System (i.e., iCIMs or other) preferred - Ability to quickly adapt to changes and proactively communicate throughout the process - Attention to detail and strong follow-through skills (Note: No additional company details were provided in the job description.) **Job Description:** As a Recruitment Specialist for technology open positions, your primary role will involve executing the end-to-end internal and external recruitment process while ensuring alignment with local requirements.
