Job Description – Technical Trainer

· Trainer should complete the curriculum as per schedule duration of project.

· Should have time-management skills;

• He / She should have energy, enthusiasm, patience, dedication, and self-discipline; initiative, leadership and supervisory skills and team working abilities

· should motivating community through home visit and cordial communication (as and when required)

· Should prepare session wise plan and daily lesson plans according to NSDC , NSQF curriculum guidelines.

· should organising the classroom and learning resources to display and encourage a positive learning environment

· should provide variety of teaching learning materials, PPT etc. to display and use for classroom activities, conducting extracurricular activities as and when required

· keeping up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum;

· Responsible for trade equipment’s maintenance

· Liaising with colleagues

· Attending staff meetings and training and development sessions.

· Take care and supervise all the implementation aspects i.e., Mobilization, need analysis of candidates, Training, Placement, Logistics and Compliance, as and when required.

· Provide necessary IT guidance & help to training center on hardware and software maintenance

· Data Entry or maintain as and when required.

Qualification:

Certification in Technical Trade with basic 10th 0r 12th pass. Experience in the trade minimum 4-5 years. Teaching experience is preferable.

Job type: Full time. Trainer Should have his / her own Smart phone, vehicle (Cycle / scooty / bike) & laptop.

Offered Salary: 18000/- per month
