TA Intern

EXCITED ABOUT YOUR TASKS?

● Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.

● Conduct initial candidate assessments, coordinate interview schedules, and facilitate communication with candidates.

● Maintain and update candidate databases and job postings as needed.

● Support the recruitment team in managing candidate pipelines and ensuring timely follow-ups.

● Engage in outreach to passive candidates, understand their career interests, and inform them about open roles.

● Help create and maintain job descriptions and other recruitment-related documents.

● Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to enhance recruitment strategies.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing).

● Strong interest in recruitment, HR, and talent acquisition.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

● Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

● Basic knowledge of job portals and social media recruitment is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
