Job Description

Required Skills:

Bachelor/Master's degree in Electronics & communications/computer science/Electronics Engineering.
15+ years of development experience in wireless/OAM domain.
Working knowledge on 3GPP principles in multiple RATs, viz 5G, 4G and functioning of core network.
Programming knowledge of C and C++ to be able to peruse and understand code, along with Development experience in 4G and 5G areas.
Understanding of IP Networking Fundamentals, Timing and Synch and platform aspects of embedded product development
Strong in security aspects of product development
Analytical thinking, Creativity in problem solving, Strong analytical and debugging skills, Assertiveness & Self-confident
Worked in a multi-site environment

Nice to Have:

Experience as a Systems Engineer is good to have.
Understanding of CBRS protocols is desirable

You will develop and analyze OAM functionality and interfaces aligned with the 3GPP stack standards.
You will leverage your knowledge of 3GPP principles across multiple RATs to enhance core network performance.
You will collaborate across teams, applying your analytical skills to solve complex technical challenges.
You will engage in proactive problem-solving, driving innovation in product development and deployment.
You will utilize your experience as a Systems Engineer to influence system architecture and design decisions.
You will communicate effectively with stakeholders in a multi-site environment, facilitating knowledge transfer.
You will mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.
