Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The Systems Manager will be responsible for the management of Stibo STEP Master Data Management application. This position will require hands-on software development experience in supporting technologies. This position will communicate directly and frequently with Marketing, Merchandising, IT, and other application development groups. This position will be directly responsible for maintaining and enhancing the processes in Stibo STEP MDM application.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Perform planning, implementation, and maintenance of Stibo STEP MDM application.
  • Collaborate with business prioritizing tasks and release planning.
  • Translate user requirements into system specifications leveraging the existing IT infrastructure (software engineering and architecture)
  • Manage project and support deliverables in JIRA/Confluence.
  • Evaluate Stibo STEP release notes and upgrade STEP application and perform system upgrades, patches, and security updates.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and address their integration needs.
  • Deliver scalable & efficient processes/solutions/interfaces within Stibo
  • Monitoring integrations into/out of Stibo and ensuring jobs complete within SLA

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Core Java, Java Scripting, XSLT, SQL Server, API (REST, GraphQL)
  • Experience in designing and implementing MDM Solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in Stibo STEP MDM application. Expertise in creating Business Rules, Actions, Event Processors, Inbound and Outbound Integrations in Stibo STEP application.
  • Hands-on experience is creating the API endpoints in Stibo STEP application.
  • Hands-on experience in managing the Stibo STEP Web UI.
  • Experience performing business and systems analysis in a variety of application development environments
  • Experience in all phases of the software development life cycle, including analysis, design, unit test, system test, deployment, and production support
  • Good Knowledge of Incident Management and Change Management Processes and Policies.
