Job Summary Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only) * STIBO MDM SOLUTION ARCHITECT SOLUTION DELIVERY Detailed Job Description: As a STIBO STEP MDM/PIM Technical Architect (Master Data Management/Product Information Management), you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. You will interact with the Business stakeholders, product owners, technology architects to prioritize and select enhancements to MDM/PIM application. Proven business acumen in design and implementation of STEP product domain. Good knowledge of MDM ingestion/ publish mechanism (Real Time, Batch) Experience in the areas of MDM Strategy, Architecture, Design, Integration, Data Quality, Data Governance and familiarity with Data Stewardship activities. Experience with Data Quality tools to profile, cleanse, standardize and enrich data. STIBO implementation/support team experience Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to communicate across teams, internal and external at all levels. Job Title: STIBO Developer Location: Pan India Experience: 4-9 Years Job Description: Should have 3+ years of STIBO STEP hands on implementation experience with the following STIBO STEP components •Data modelling •Workflows •Business Rules •Integration end points/interface Development for both batch and real time integrations. •WebUI /Step Workbench configuration etc. • Strong knowledge on PIM architecture, design, and development skills and should be aware of MDM/PIM/DAM best practices and development. • Good understanding of data relationships and data modelling concepts. • Should have experience in STIBO Application server maintenance (Start, Stop and applying Patches) • Good problem-solving skills and communication skills • Good conceptual understanding of Master data management/Product information management along with data quality and data governance areas.

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Data Management (MDM) Architect with expertise in Stibo or Stibo STEP. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data modeling, governance, and security while being able to analyze existing systems and propose future-state architectural solutions. Key Responsibilities: Leverage expertise in Stibo or Stibo STEP for effective MDM solutions. Design and implement master data management strategies for large-scale datasets. Conduct system reviews by interviewing technical stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and document the As-Is state.
