Job Title: STIBO Developer Location: Pan India Experience: 4-9 Years Job Description: Should have 3+ years of STIBO STEP hands on implementation experience with the following STIBO STEP components •Data modelling •Workflows •Business Rules •Integration end points/interface Development for both batch and real time integrations. •WebUI /Step Workbench configuration etc. • Strong knowledge on PIM architecture, design, and development skills and should be aware of MDM/PIM/DAM best practices and development. • Good understanding of data relationships and data modelling concepts. • Should have experience in STIBO Application server maintenance (Start, Stop and applying Patches) • Good problem-solving skills and communication skills • Good conceptual understanding of Master data management/Product information management along with data quality and data governance areas.

Role & responsibilities •Experience in STIBO STEP Tool, ability to configure/develop STEP Solution components such as business rules, Workflows, Import, Exports, Web UIs, and Endpoints •Knowledge of Data platforms, Relational Databases, and APIs to help investigate and analyze data •Good Documentation Skills •Should have knowledge on SQL •Develop an ownership approach to all assigned tasks and projects •Work closely with the various business teams to ensure complete and accurate product data information is collected from Vendors and other relevant sources •Communicate with cross-functional teams and internal and external stakeholders to resolve data issues •Accountable for data residing within PIM solution software and subscribing systems •Ensure complete, accurate, and timely publication of data to downstream subscribing systems •Review current product data issues and recommend plans for data corrections •Recommend and develop continuous improvements to PIM processes •Identify missing business critical data elements and determine best approach to obtain information •Develop and maintain appropriate documentation as required •Develop/conduct training on new/existing processes •Prepare and present periodic progress reports to identified stakeholders of the process •Ability to produce to technical documentation for design and articulate the needs to the non-technical resources •Troubleshoot the data issues to identify and remediate data quality or integrity issues •Ability to follow and create a standard operating procedure (SOP to monitor the data quality and data consistency

Description: Strong understanding of PIM architecture, experience in PIM / MDM / DAM systems Hands-on experience in Stibo MDM platform Worked in SaaS based STIBO STEP 10.x, 11.x and 2024.x versions Designed, configured, maintained & managed data models, hierarchy relationship management, data governance, data migration and integration across multiple business units Skilled in STEP Workbench & WebUI based configurations Designed Attributes, Data Container, LOV, References, Entity, Gateway Integrations in STEP Workbench. Engage with customer and various IT teams to test and deliver proof-of-concept and pilot projects, document outcomes and key learning for application in production environments. Collaborate with Product Managers/Engineering Managers to create and deliver detailed implementation plans using Agile project management disciplines Creating and maintaining solution documentation Must adhere to Enterprise architecture standards, lead presentations in architecture review, strategic technology directions, and best practice development.
