Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented System Manager to oversee the installation, maintenance, and security of our organization’s IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in system administration, network management, cybersecurity, and IT support, ensuring the seamless operation of all system functions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and procurement.
• Manage user access controls, permissions, and system integrity.
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and system records.
• Evaluate and recommend system upgrades and technology solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in systems management or IT administration.
• Strong knowledge of system security, databases, network protocols, and scripting.
• Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows server environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), CompTIA Network+/Security+, AWS SysOps, etc.) are a plus.

Pay: ₹11,148.98 - ₹97,828.19 per month
