Position: Web Developer (ERP Specialist)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Developer with strong expertise in ERP software development, customization, and maintenance. The ideal candidate should have 5–7 years of professional experience in software development with a proven track record of handling ERP modules and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain the company’s ERP software and internal web applications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Manufacturing, HR, Accounts, Warehouse, and Operations) to understand process workflows and convert them into system functionalities.
• Optimize existing ERP modules, improve performance, and ensure seamless integration with other business tools.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, debug system errors, and implement long-term solutions.
• Develop new web-based features/modules as per organizational requirements.
• Ensure data security, backups, and system reliability.
• Prepare documentation, user manuals, and conduct training sessions for employees on system usage.
• Manage API integrations and web services as required.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and recommend improvements for system performance.
• Develop and add software features as required
• The candidate should have complete knowledge of firewalls cybersecurity’s etc.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–7 years of experience as a Software Developer or ERP Developer.
• Strong knowledge of:
• PHP / Python / JavaScript (as used in custom ERP systems)
• MySQL / SQL databases
• HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
• API development & integration
• Previous experience in developing or managing ERP software is mandatory.
• Experience in debugging, system architecture, and backend development.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into system modules.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in ERP technologies or web development will be an added advantage like SAP K3 etc.

Salary:

• Competitive salary based on experience and skillset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
