System designer/ Architect

As a highly skilled System Designer / Architect, your role will involve leading the architecture and design of enterprise-grade technology solutions. You will be responsible for creating scalable, secure, and high-performance system frameworks that align with business goals and long-term growth. Your key responsibilities will include: - Architecture & Design: - Designing and defining end-to-end system architectures for complex applications. - Creating and maintaining system blueprints, technical diagrams, and data flow models. - Evaluating hosting models (cloud, on-premise, hybrid) and recommending the best fit. - Establishing integration frameworks for APIs, services, and third-party applications. - Technical Leadership: - Collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of design with business objectives. - Reviewing and approving technical design documents before development begins. - Providing ongoing architectural guidance throughout project lifecycles. - Participating in client discussions to validate feasibility and scalability of proposed solutions. - Governance & Standards: - Defining and enforcing best practices for architecture, coding standards, and system security. - Ensuring all designs meet performance, reliability, and compliance benchmarks. - Maintaining comprehensive documentation for technical decisions and design models. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience as a System Designer, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect. - Strong knowledge of system design principles, UML, data modeling, and enterprise architecture frameworks. - Expertise in databases, APIs, microservices, and integration methodologies. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with security practices (RBAC, encryption, secure API design, compliance frameworks). - Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams. Good-to-Have Skills: - Exposure to enterprise applications (ERP/CRM/SaaS). - Experience with multi-tenant architectures and automation workflows. - Understanding of scalable front-end and back-end design patterns. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Preferred Tech Stack Exposure: - Front-end: React, modern JavaScript frameworks. - Back-end: PHP/Laravel or Node.js. - Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL solutions. - Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure.
