About the Role:

High-Ticket Appointment Setter


Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to leads via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and cold calls
  • Qualify leads based on predefined ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
  • Book appointments for the closing team with decision-makers
  • Follow up with leads through structured cadence (CRM-based tracking)
  • Collaborate with marketing/sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion
  • Maintain accurate lead activity and appointment records in CRM


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or inside sales (B2B)
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills
  • Experience in selling or pitching high-ticket digital services (CRM, SaaS, Marketing)
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Bitrix24, or any CRM platform is a plus
  • Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi is a plus)


Compensation & Growth:

  • Base Salary (Depending on Experience) + Commission for Closed Deals
  • Opportunity to move into a high-ticket sales closer role
  • Work directly with the CEO and Business Strategy Team
