What we want:
We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to lead our Linux & cloud infrastructure to own and scale Linux-based hosting and managed cloud infrastructure. The role is ideal for someone from hosting/cloud service providers with strong AWS, automation, and team leadership experience. Hands-on experience in public cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and excellent leadership and communication abilities.This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, to support technical solutioning for cloud opportunities.

What you will do:
  • Lead Linux infrastructure for hosting, VPS, and managed cloud (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux).
  • Design and implement secure, scalable solutions on AWS (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Route 53, Load Balancers).
  • Automate using Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation, Jenkins; implement CI/CD and configuration management.
  • Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Linux/DevOps engineers; ensure uptime, performance, and SLA adherence.


Requirements

  • 8+ years in Linux system administration and cloud infrastructure (hosting / MSP / cloud provider background preferred).
  • Advanced Linux certification: RHCE (RHCA or equivalent is a plus).
  • Strong AWS architecture and operations experience.
  • Hands-on with Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation, Jenkins, Git, Bash/Python.
  • 3+ years leading system admin / DevOps teams.
  • Exposure to Azure / GCP; Docker & Kubernetes production experience.
  • Experience with cPanel, WHMCS, backup & DR, monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Zabbix).
  • Knowledge of virtualization (KVM/Proxmox/Virtualizor), networking, DNS, SSL, and security hardening.
