Provide remote and on-site technical support to end users.
Ensure system stability, performance, and adherence to defined SLA policies.
Maintain, monitor, and improve IT infrastructure across devices, applications, and networks.
Administer and manage Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and LDAP.
Manage user accounts, device permissions, and access controls.
Ensure secure identity and access management practices.
Deploy patches and produce compliance reports.
Perform Operating System (OS) deployment across distributed endpoints.
Create and manage configuration policies for devices, users, and applications.
Handle software deployment, updates, and version control.
Provide remote troubleshooting and endpoint control.
Coordinate software and hardware asset management activities.
Ensure license compliance, version consistency, and proper documentation.
Maintain inventory and lifecycle management of IT assets.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for infrastructure-related issues.
Implement preventive measures and long-term fixes.
Maintain and troubleshoot network connectivity
Automate repetitive administrative tasks using PowerShell and BAT scripting.
Improve efficiency through custom automation solutions.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of ticketing tools and ITIL-based workflows.
Log, track, and resolve issues within SLA timelines.
Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and system changes.
Collaborate with cross-campus and cross-functional IT teams.
Ensure consistent infrastructure configuration and policy enforcement across multiple sites.
Proficiency in Windows Server administration.
Strong experience with AD, GPOs, and LDAP.
Expertise in ManageEngine Endpoint Central (patching, deployment, configurations).
Knowledge of networking: DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN.
Hands-on experience with hardware, server maintenance, and VDI environments.
Proficiency in Office 365 and Outlook troubleshooting.
Automation skills using PowerShell and BAT scripting.
Understanding of endpoint security and compliance standards.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities.
Experience working with ticketing tools and ITIL processes.
Efficient in incident, change, and asset management workflows.
Skilled in documentation, reporting, and dashboard creation.
Strong time-management and task prioritization skills.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
Preferred certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Modern Desktop Administrator
CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+
ITIL Foundation ManageEngine certifications (optional)
Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM)
