Job Description

Role: L2 Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Aerocity, New Delhi | Experience: 2–4 years

Core Responsibilities:

Advanced L2 desktop support for Windows & macOS (hardware, OS, software, network)
User & device management (AD, O365, VPN, LAN/Wi-Fi, printers)
Handle escalations and coordinate with L3 teams/OEMs
Support Video Conferencing systems (Zoom, MS Teams, Webex – Poly/Logitech)
Support AV systems (projectors, displays, audio equipment, cabling)
Manage CCTV systems (NVR/DVR, cameras, monitoring & troubleshooting)
Support Access Control systems (biometrics, card readers, door controllers)
Create & maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
Work on Zoho applications (Zoho Desk, CRM, Inventory, Creator)
Documentation, ITIL processes & MIS reporting

Key Skills Required:

Windows, macOS, MS Office, AD & O365
Networking basics (VPN, LAN, Wi-Fi)
VC, AV, CCTV & Access Control systems
Power BI & Zoho
Strong communication & troubleshooting skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹44,417.63 - ₹54,047.02 per month
