Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Providing support on the Windows platform.
Working on the installation, configuration, and administration of Windows 7 / Windows 8 and Windows 10.
Troubleshooting problems with all model desktop & laptop hardware and OS configuration of drivers & devices.
Working on the configuration of the new user PC & profile, IP address, and LAN.
Working on troubleshooting, installing, and configuring mail clients like MS Outlook, and troubleshooting mail issues.
Solving internet-related problems: configuring basic TCP/IP settings.
Working on user account creation, user account deletion, and modifying users' assigned permissions.
Working on remote management through TeamViewer, VNC, & remote desktop to resolve Windows and software issues.
Working on the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the network printers.
Installing and upgrading hardware and software components.
Taking care of all the internal office software’s support.
Providing technical support to remote users.
