Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Provide support on the Windows platform. Install, configure, and administer Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10. Troubleshoot hardware and operating system issues for all models of desktops and laptops, including configuring drivers and devices. Configure new user PCs and profiles, including IP addresses and LAN settings. Troubleshoot, install, and configure mail clients like MS Outlook and resolve email-related issues.
