We are seeking a qualified Production Incharge for our Synthetic Leather manufacturing unit in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing the production team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process of synthetic leather, PVC leather cloth, artificial leather, and rexine.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards in all production activities.
• Manage and train production staff to maintain high productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with the supply chain and inventory management to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
• Implement process improvements and cost-reduction strategies in production operations.
• Monitor and report on production metrics and KPIs to senior management.
• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Polymer Science, or related field.
• 5-15 years of experience in synthetic leather or PVC leather production.
• Strong understanding of production processes and machinery used in synthetic leather manufacturing.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations in manufacturing.
• Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
