SydlerTech is Hiring General Manager SAP Sales

: General Manager SAP Sales

: Pune

Full-time | Onsite

: 15+ years in IT Sales, with at least 8 years in SAP Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager SAP Sales to lead and drive

our SAP sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP

solutions, a proven track record in enterprise IT sales, and strong leadership capabilities to

manage and grow a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP sales strategy and execution for enterprise clients

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries for SAP S/4HANA,

  • SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, and other SAP products

  • Drive revenue growth by building strong client relationships and strategic partnerships

  • Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and technical teams to create compelling solutions and proposals

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, to closing

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

  • Stay updated on SAP trends, competition, and market conditions to adjust strategies.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business insights to senior leadership.

  • Responsible for development of account plans for selected named accounts.

  • Responsible for achieving quarterly & annual sales targets. Responsible for the overall planning, strategy, direction, and control of all sales in the allocated accounts; achievement of agreed sales targets; and the development of future sales plans.

  • Responsible for building and maintaining sales pipeline in CRM and submitting required sales forecasts.

  • Manage and mentor sales team, Lead Generation teams to achieve their target

  • Required to communicate with customers to ensure that contractual service agreements and expectations are exceeded.

  • Provide sales, technology, and business-related expertise particularly in the relevant industry.

  • Establish contacts and building positive relationships/networks with senior level decision makers of the relevant Industry and its environment.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, IT, or related field.

  • 15+ years of experience in IT Sales, with a minimum of 8 years focused on SAP solutions.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • 15-24 years of experience in Business Development (BD) or Pre-Sales role for ERP Sales.

  • Strong understanding of SAP Presales processes and methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals.
