About the Role

Senior Vice President – Solutioning & Transitions

Key Responsibilities

Solutioning Leadership

  • Lead and drive cross-capability solutioning across the enterprise.
  • Develop and implement a standardized solutioning framework, including processes, tools, and templates.
  • Partner with pre-sales, client partners, delivery, and finance teams to design winning client solutions.
  • Build compelling client presentations and support deal conversations.
  • Drive consultative selling approaches and ensure competitive, innovative proposals.
  • Leverage deep expertise in

    P&C insurance solutioning

    to position strong differentiators and accelerate deal closure.

Transitions Leadership

  • Oversee end-to-end transition of client projects from solutioning to delivery teams.
  • Ensure seamless knowledge transfer, governance setup, and project transition plans.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with delivery and corporate functions to ensure the required support for transition success.

Team & Business Growth

  • Build, lead, and mentor solutioning teams (Solution Leads, Managers, Pricing Experts).
  • Drive revenue growth through solutioning excellence for new and existing client accounts.
  • Support hunting and farming opportunities across multiple regions.
  • Standardize methodologies and ensure solution consistency across all proposals.

Skills & Experience – Mandatory

  • 20+ years of experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance industry – Mandatory

  • Strong knowledge of P&C operations across underwriting, claims, policy servicing, billing, and commercial insurance functions.
  • Proven experience in global solutioning, consulting, and pre-sales solution design.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex transitions, migrations, and large-scale client programs.
  • Strong commercial, financial, and pricing acumen.
  • Hands-on experience with process improvement and productivity frameworks (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred).
  • Proven ability to support deal closure through solution design, stakeholder management, and client presentations.
  • Senior-level client-facing experience with insurers, reinsurers, brokers, or MGAs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 20%).

Preferred Certifications

  • CPCU, CIC, AINS, or equivalent insurance certifications
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred)
